Fourth Year Housing Design Studio
The fourth-year Architecture students were challenged to envision a luxury housing complex at the upcoming Gelephu Mindfulness City as part of their Housing Design Studio. The project revolves around the themes of 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐁𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥.
We were honored to have distinguished panelists 𝗠𝗿. 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗷𝗶, 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿. 𝗧𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, whose expert feedback greatly enriched the students’ work during the jury.
